Dit najaar gaan we samen met haar een Lidz community voor Lean tr ainers/coaches/leiders starten om te werken aan 8 essentiele vaardigheden die je gaan helpen om - naast je technische Lean vaardigheden - verander ing te realiseren bijvoorbeeld richting een lerende organisatie.  Ben ji j Lean trainer\, -coach of -leider en wil je werken aan je eigen persoonli jke ontwikkeling om zo meer invloed en impact in je organisatie te hebben? Ben je benieuwd waar je staat met jouw 'social Lean skills' en bereid hie rover te delen en leren met andere zorgverbeteraars binnen Lidz? We gaan met 20 - 30 enthousiasteling en aan de slag. We treffen elkaar 4 keer 1 uur en 15 minuten online\, beg innend op donderdag 16 januari 2024 om 17.00 uur. De andere 3 data zijn: 6 februari\, 13 maart en 3 april - van 17.00 - 18.15 uur. We vormen met elk aar een lerende groep\, jij ben daarin van grote waarde\, het is daarom be langrijk dat van plan bent om alle sessie actief mee te doen. Katie Anders on zal de online sessies faciliteren. Uiteraard krijg je iedere keer een ' mini-teaching' van Katie\, maar verwacht vooral veel interactie en uitwiss eling met elkaar. We bereiden iedere online sessie voor op basis van de behoefte van de deelnemers\, het programma zal zich zo organisch vormen.
